Membership Cancellation Policy

Membership cancellations require a 30 day notice. Please email us to begin the cancellation process. Within the 30 days of your cancellation request, you are required to remove all of your tools from your shelf and other shared spaces. Make sure to deal with any reclaim and ongoing work that you have on the shelves. Any work you leave behind will be considered unwanted and will either be donated, used by the studio, or sold at fundraisers. 30 days after we have received notice of your membership cancellation, we will remove your door code and clear out anything left on your shelf. If you remember something that you left behind, please shoot us an email and we will set up a time for you to pick up your things.

Class Cancellation Policy

We must receive two weeks notice for any cancellation or rescheduling requests. If we do not receive notice before two weeks of the class start date, we can not provide a refund. However, you may transfer your spot to a friend or family member free of charge, just send us their name and contact information. Note that all cancellations have a 10% processing fee.

Photography Consent

By taking part in Earth & Fire Potter studio classes and events, you consent to the use of photographs featuring you and/or your artwork for promotional purposes on various social media platforms. We value and honor your creativity, ensuring all shared content reflects the positive spirit of our studio. If you choose not to be featured, kindly inform us, and we will make efforts to exclude images with your presence.
