Pottery Studio Liability Waiver & Assumption of RiskAcknowledgement of RisksI understand that participating in pottery classes, workshops, and open studio sessions at Earth and Fire Pottery Studio LLC involves certain inherent risks, including but not limited to: - Handling clay, tools, wheels, and sharp instruments. - Exposure to dust, glazes, and chemicals. - Use of heat guns, kilns, and other hot tools which involves high heat and risk of burns. - Risk of slips, trips, or falls in a working studio environment.Release of LiabilityI VOLUNTARILY ASSUME ALL RISKS associated with participation in these activities, whether known or unknown. I agree to follow all safety instructions and use equipment responsibly. I understand that Earth and Fire Pottery Studio LLC and its staff are not liable for ordinary accidents or injuries that may occur as part of these activities. This waiver does not release liability for gross negligence, reckless conduct, or intentional acts by Earth and Fire Pottery Studio LLC or its staff, to the extent prohibited by Oregon law.Medical TreatmentIn case of injury, I authorize Earth and Fire Pottery Studio LLC to seek emergency medical care on my behalf.
